We are based out of Yorktown, VA and offer In - Office services and mobile services throughout Hampton Roads, VA, promoting wellness and health to the community.

Licensed Massage Therapist since 2016. My mission is to inform individuals about the benefits of Massage Therapy, provide a great service, and create a one on one experience with my clients. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Massage Therapist.

What to expect in the Office:
• Contactless general intake forms will be sent beforehand to obtain updates to your health information and ask you specifically about your potential exposure to COVID-19 • Masks are now optional during the session • I will ask you if you have developed any symptoms of illness since we spoke on the phone. If you feel ill on the day of your session, be sure to contact us for cancellation options. Massage is not advised if you have any symptoms of illness
• All of the equipment and furniture in the office are sanitized before and after each session • All of the linen used are also washed daily
